Microlearning Infographics
I designed and launched a series of microlearning guides, featuring branded videos and action planners, to address critical skill gaps for over 32,000 caregivers. My process included a comprehensive needs assessment, managing a 12-month production schedule, and implementing a multi-channel marketing plan to ensure high adoption and engagement with the resources.
Robust eLearning Development
As a solo instructional designer, I transformed the highly sought-after "Navigating Difficult Conversations" course from a theory-heavy VILT into an accessible e-learning experience. The project involved developing a comprehensive Articulate 360 course with supporting Vyond videos and a robust, fillable participant workbook to ensure learners could immediately apply practical tools and skills.
Camtasia Video: Introduction to Percipio
Originally tasked with creating a basic LMS navigation video for our Percipio system, I reimagined the project to be a compelling marketing tool. I developed a 7-minute video, leveraging AI to help with the script, that not only demonstrated how to navigate the platform but also highlighted its key benefits and content variety. The final product successfully went from being a simple resource for HR Business Partners to a high-impact communication for 32,000 employees, effectively boosting engagement across the entire hospital system.

Physician Leadership Resources
Building on the success of our Caregiver Skill Development Guides, I spearheaded the creation of a new series for physician leaders. In partnership with the Physician Leadership Advancement Program owner, I developed a unique, quarterly guide series. The initial design, inspired by a medical journal, evolved into a style influenced by the Harvard Business Review to better align with the program's vision. The inaugural guide on Emotional Regulation was met with great success, leading me to create a supplementary resource with specific techniques. Each guide maintains strong organizational branding while featuring physician-specific branding and reputable, current references to ensure the content is both engaging and relevant.
Branding & Job Aids
I partnered with the Foundations program owner to develop a multi-session Supervisory Leadership Program aimed at accelerating the transition of new managers. My core responsibility was ensuring instructional integrity, visual coherence, and long-term performance support. I successfully designed the program’s complete visual identity and branding package (typography, main imagery, and template architecture) for all learning materials. Furthermore, I developed a critical performance support system, creating concise, high-utility Job Aids for distribution at the close of each three-hour instructor-led session. These resources act as an immediate point-of-need reference, directly supporting the transfer of learning back into the workflow for new leaders.
