Initially tasked with a straightforward instructional video for our Percipio learning system, I quickly identified an opportunity to elevate the content. The original plan focused on basic LMS navigation, but I saw the potential to create a compelling marketing tool.
I completely reimagined the script to highlight not just the "how-to," but the strategic benefits of Percipio—including content variety, material types, and flexible access. Leveraging AI for script development, I created a 7-minute video that combined screencasts with my own narration, supplemented by royalty-free music, animations, and text overlays.
What began as a simple training asset for HR Business Partners was transformed into a high-impact marketing video now featured on internal communication pages and made available to 32,000 employees across 12 counties. This initiative successfully boosted engagement by clearly communicating the value of our learning resources.
